Priority | Description |

P0 (Priority 0) - Emergency | A critical issue that requires immediate attention and resolution, such as a security breach or complete system outage. |
P1 (Priority 1) - High | A critical issue that affects a large number of users or has a significant impact on business operations, such as a major application or service outage. |
P2 (Priority 2) - Medium | An issue that affects a moderate number of users or has a moderate impact on business operations, such as a performance degradation or a feature not working as expected. |
P3 (Priority 3) - Low | An issue that affects a small number of users or has a minor impact on business operations, such as a cosmetic issue or a non-critical feature not working as expected. |
P4 (Priority 4) - Lowest | A minor issue that has no significant impact on business operations, such as a request for information or a feature enhancement. |
